Tuisumetsa Quarter

The main idea of the planning and building layout solution is to preserve the existing greenery and the natural pine forest atmosphere to the greatest extent possible. The cozy and attractive living environment invites residents to relax, play, and socialize in the courtyard forest. The apartment buildings with spacious homes are divided into three building types: modern townhouses along Tervise Street, spacious sun-oriented courtyard houses, and forest houses set among the pines.
