The first high-rise building in Tallinn that is heated and cooled by geothermal heating. Compared to central heating, the heating cost is more than 3 times lower.
Office 113 is designed as an environmentally friendly building. Specially designed screens in front of the south-facing windows of the building prevent excessive solar energy from reaching the interior during the summer. This eliminates glare and overheating.
Rainwater is collected and reused in the building's toilets and for watering plants. This saves nearly 50,000 cubic meters of water consumed from the public water supply per year.
